The South Beach Diet:
This diet is named after the name of cardiologist Arthur Agatston who developed this diet plan for his patients with medical conditions.
This plan includes a diet plan with healthy carbohydrates such as whole grains. It does not encourage the use of refined carbohydrates like all-purpose flour or sugars rather it gives a good package of fruits, vegetables and health-friendly carbs. It also includes some portion of lean protein and low-fat dairy products.
This diet provides individuals with a healthy lifestyle by reducing their weight and improving their hormonal balance.
